One, therefore, needs to have a rough estimate of the amount of money that he or she will be willing to spend. A person can decide to make a budget to help in controlling how to spend. When buying a tractor, one needs to consider its resale value. This is important because a tractor is a machine and thus it depreciates with time. Knowing its resale value will help you know how much the machine will be worth if you want to sell it in future.
