Remember, you're an entrepreneur! Delegating your work to other people is the primary objective of anyone that is an entrepreneur wanting to have their own business. You may need to hire employees, or get freelancers to start doing the work that you should not be doing. And to make your business function with a higher probability factor, outsource all jobs that can be done for less money than you could do it for yourself. You need to be more creative in your business, and this can only be done if you can focus your time on the creative aspect, not working. Your success lies in your ability to form the habit of delegating and outsourcing work. If you don't do this, your business will never aspire to the heights that you want it to achieve.

In today's information age, you can find information on just about any topic. This is good news for new entrepreneurs because anything they need to learn can easily be found and, for the most part, the information comes with no cost. Nonetheless, this can give rise to a problem. In order to eventually have a successful business, there comes a point where you have to take action. We've seen many people who've never actually taken that first step to start their business, but have spent years researching and learning and gathering information. You have to find a balance between education and action. Master a skill and then put it into practice. Once that's done, move on to another skill if you so choose. Basically, you need to attend lectures, seminars and read books and magazines. The mindset of an entrepreneur is absolutely inevitable by keeping ahead of the curve and learning this information as it comes out.

Having the mindset of an employee, while starting your business, is probably not the best idea. This limits how much you can accomplish as an entrepreneur. At some point, if you are going to be successful, you have to understand the difference between these two viewpoints. After reading this, you're not done!
